today, i had to place an order over the phone for work.
i had to give the man on the phone a PO number, and all of our PO numbers start with "Q0..." which, when you speak, sounds like, "Q - ZERO..."
the guy on the other end asked, "zero, as in the number, or zero, as in the letter?"
i must have missed the sesame street that was "brought to you by the letter zero."
